Technician Mike Vice just left my home after repairing a clogged tub drain. I wanted to email you to acknowledge the professionalism and respect for my home that he demonstrated while providing efficient service and patience with all my inquiries/questions. He offered an estimate for future work and when/if I am financially able to follow through, I will not hesitate to contact Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for this repair. Please share this testimonial with the owner as I will be referring anyone I know with a recommendation for Benjamin Franklin should they need plumbing services.

Sincerely,
Leslie

We are long time customers and have always found your Plumbers to be very professional and courteous. The work is always excellent and completed quickly. I keep a stack of your business cards to hand out as referrals.

The plumber who came was very professional, neat appearance and pleasant mannered. He found the problem immediately, had tools and parts in his vehicle top repair it. I like the way I was told they would come and they were on time!

Lawyers, plumbers and policemen were always scumbags to me, but now it is just lawyers and policemen. Benjamin Franklin  Plumbing sent out a 4 year Veteran of the Iraq war, who was polite, efficient, businesslike, a great plumber, and a lot of fun. He could also be a shrink or a barber. He brought a nice young helper with him. They both did a great job for me replacing two water heaters and installing a super water filter/softener system. Now I have replaced my rude, crusty old smart-mouthed plumber and restored my faith in this old profession. I cannot say enough good things about them. So here is a tip for those who bad-mouthed them: "You Get What You Pay For." Go ahead and use a cheap, unlicensed moonlighter but when warranty time comes around, who you gonna call? I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.‎

I have a leak in my lawn irrigation water supply. I installed the system myself using what's called a Shark Bite tee which I bought at Lowes. Now I'm experiencing astronimical water bills and suspect the fitting of leaking, so I called Benjamin Franklin, who mailed an offer for a free service call on Fridays to come out and give me an estimate. The phone contact was courteous and said they would waive the service call and give me an estimate in writing before doing any work, so I will post another review after I get this service.

I cant say enough about these guys. I had a sewer line that was 40 years old and needed a liner. They came on time 50 miles from their offices, gave me a direct quote on the phone and in person, and worked 8 hours straight cleaning the line, inspecting it with a linear fiber optic camera, and installing the liner. Very friendly and took time even when they were tired after being there all day to explain all of my choices for repair. Pricey but worth your time and investment to talk to them and let them do the work when other plumbers waste your time and money.

Let me first start by saying that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job on my toilets and sinks. The plumber came out on a Saturday and (when I had to go return two toilets) offered to hang around while I ran to the plumbing supply to replace my toilets. The plumber even agreed to come back on Sunday morning to do another job for us. He put in 3 toilets, a sink, and connected our oven to the gas line. The work was done well. Very professional. Very friendly. They even offered a 2 year warranty on parts and labor.

They were the only plumber I could find that would agree to work over the weekend, so I paid the price.

I would definitely recommend them if you are in a bind and need top notch work.

A OK Plumbling have recently changed their name to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - just haven't gotten around to telling Service Magic yet. Their initial fee (60 or 70 dollars) to set up an estimate was steep, I thought. However, if you are flexible, they will come by when in your part of town (1 day wait for me in South Austin), and do the estimate for free. I *HIGHLY* recommend the plumber, Rich, Tech # 27. He not only did the work, but since I showed an interest in learning what he was doing, he took the time to explain everything to me, including tips on what types of faucet supply hoses to purchase, showing me how to turn the water main to my house off, measured water pressure, etc. Excellent plumber !

I Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to investigate a fairly substantial water leak at my home. Your company came very highly referred to me by a co-worker. She and I are both local insurance agents who unfortunately come across plumbing horror stories all to often. I can honestly say I have never come a cross such honest, educated and professional service from any home service and repair provider. It was obvious that integrity and pride-of-workmanship are important to this company.
