Takes a long time to get hot water

It takes a long time to get hot water to certain fixtures. It used to be that if your home was not plumbed with a hot water recirculation loop there wasn’t any thing you could do about this. Not any more thanks to recent technology we no longer need a hot water circulation loop. Now all we have to do is install a special crossover valve under the effected fixture and place a pump on the hot water outlet of the hot water heater. This special crossover valve allows us to use the cold water supply line to the effected fixture as the return line. Once the hot water reaches the crossover valve it closes if the temperature drops as little as 3 degrees it opens up again. The pump comes with a timer so you can set it only to run during the hours that you want hot water on demand with out wasting water and time waiting on the hot water to get there.
